The Hawaii Community Reinvestment Corporation has awarded Gregory House Programs conditional approval on a nearly $2 million grant. The money will enable us to purchase the transitional shelter that houses our Community Residential Program. However, we must raise 25 percent matching funds - approximately $500,000 - to receive the grant. That's where you come in.

Your gift will help us to reach the required matching total, earn the $2 million grant, and purchase our transitional shelter. In truth, you will be doing so much more than that.

●You will be helping to house homeless individuals and link them to essential services.

●You will be helping connect homeless individuals to primary medical care.

●You will be helping transition homeless individuals to permanent housing.

●You will be saving the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS in Hawaii.

All of these things are possible as the result of our Community Residential Program. All of these things are possible because of the generosity of donors like you.

The Gregory House Programs story begins with the purchase of a small apartment complex in 1985 that was named in honor of artist Charles Gregory, who died of AIDS complications. More than 30 years later we have a unique opportunity to purchase a property that will changes the lives of persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families in Hawaii. We cannot make it happen without you.

Please help us add a significant new chapter to our story with your donation today.
